Is Windows 7 supported? (Yes)

A customer is having difficulty licensing with TurboFloat on Windows 7. We are using the latest TF 4.0.9.6. His other Windows and macOS machines validate the TF license, but not the Windows 7 machines. The TF server appears to be activated and running.

Any obvious things to test for?

Much more information is needed. Is the problem with TurboFloat library or the TurboFloat Server? What is the function that is failing? Exactly what are the parameters being passed to the function? Exactly what is the error code being returned?
