We do not store enough data about customers to independently verify customers' identities. wyDay is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the FTC. We do not share customers’ data with third parties, but we’re legally required to state that we would be legally liable if we were to begin transferring data to third parties and we did it without user permission or if said third party misused the data.
