wyDay uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run wyDay. Although wyDay owns the code, databases, and all rights to the various wyDay products, you retain all rights to your data (including the ability to export, change, and delete the data).
If youʼre a 3rd party (a customer of a company that uses our products) and would like your data removed from our systems then this request must come through the company that uses our software. We do not store enough data about customers to independently verify customersʼ identities. The companies that use our software do have enough data to verify you are who you say you are and will be able to carry out removal requests accurately.
wyDay may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the LimeLM Terms of Service.
We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. wyDay also complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. wyDay has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. wyDay is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the FTC. We do not share customers’ data with third parties, but we’re legally required to state that we would be legally liable if we were to begin transferring data to third parties and we did it without user permission or if said third party misused the data.
