wyDay Privacy Policy

We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstance:

Information Gathering and Usage

Data Storage

wyDay uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run wyDay. Although wyDay owns the code, databases, and all rights to the various wyDay products, you retain all rights to your data (including the ability to export, change, and delete the data).

If you're a 3rd party (a customer of a company that uses our products) and would like your data removed from our systems then this request must come through the company that uses our software. We do not store enough data about customers to independently verify customers' identities. The companies that use our software do have enough data to verify you are who you say you are and will be able to carry out removal requests accurately.

wyDay may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the LimeLM Terms of Service.

Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. wyDay also complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. wyDay has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, wyDay commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact wyDay using any of the contact methods here:

wyDay has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU and Switzerland.

In some circumstances, the Privacy Shield framework gives individuals the right to invoke binding arbitration if a complaint cannot be resolved in any other way. There is more information about how and when to invoke binding arbitration at the website

wyDay is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the FTC. We do not share customers’ data with third parties, but we’re legally required to state that we would be legally liable if we were to begin transferring data to third parties and we did it without user permission or if said third party misused the data.

You can use the same contact methods to reach us regarding any privacy questions, requests, or concerns.

wyDay may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your LimeLM primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
