License Generation Problem from FastSpring

I've been using FastSpring with LimeLM for years and nary a problem. Within the past 5 to 6 weeks I've had a few errors (what seems like) every week. FastSpring notifies me with the following message:

Order incomplete due to error:

License generator did not have results. (dispenser=LicenseDispenser[kE_KsyHsRr-jXrxtC0yAzg,])

Only 1 user with 1 server. And like I said we've not had any issues until recently. Did something change? Any ideas on how to get this resolved?

More information is needed. Namely, the exact error doe and message you're getting from FastSpring. And then you can match up the exact error code and message with the possible error codes here: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/api/limelm.pkey.generate/#error-codes

Hm...I contacted FastSpring for help on this and the reply I got was this:

"It doesn't look like there's a way for us to get more info as it's not shown anywhere."

So, back to you guys. How can I find the error code either on FastSpring or from LimeLM? I'm using the script you provided for FastSpring integration. Do I need to change something to be able to capture this information?

Well, as I said, this doesn't happen every time. It's happened maybe a dozen times in the past month but it's run fine for *years*.

I ignored the first couple times this happened as other orders were going through with no problems. But it's happened enough to bubble up for me to investigate.

If I uncomment the two lines in the php code and it happens again will this show me what happened the *next* time this happens?
