When theyve reached the limit they can no longer deactivate from their side of things.
You can change the limit at any time.
A simple question, but no amount of searching of the website info, or this forum, has provided the answer.
Basically, what happens when a customer reaches their 'Deactivation/Reactivation' limit?
Can the limit be reset, if needed?

Is there a way to 'reset' the limit?Do not want to increase the number of Deactivations provided, but it would be useful to reset the user's limit on occasion.
No, you can't erase history about a product key. You can increase the number of allowed deactivations which have the exact same effect (the customer is allowed to deactivate more).
Sorry, what does 'erase history' mean; what does it actually do; and will it clear the used Deactivations?
Sorry, meant to say "can't erase history". Meaning you can remove deactivations that have happened. They've happened. It's recorded. You can't change that.
The thing you can change is the number of allowed deactivations. So, change that if you want to give the customer more deactivations.
