Hi,What is the right way to delete properly an existing key, to recover the global amount of keys allocated to our account without consuming one? Revoke or Delete ?Thanks

Yes.

The tradeoffs are that revoking a key *can* undone. Deleting a key cannot be undone (once it's gone it's gone for good).
