No, all of our licensing solutions are locked to the machine. This is by design. "Dongle type" licensing adds unnecessary expense for you and your end-users.

In this case the end-user can move from computer to computer without ever having to plug in a random unknown dongle (avoiding security concerns altogether).

No, you cannot lock to a USB drive. There's not nearly enough information on the drive itself.
You have a few options:
1. Host the TFS on your hardware.2. Have the customer host the TFS on a device they own.3. Just use TurboActivate and when they want to use your software on a new computer have them deactivate from the first computer. Covered here: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/activations/#deactivate
There are lots of options. "Locking" to a USB drive is not one of them.
