TurboFloat Virtual Server

Hi,One of our customers has transferred Turbofloat from a physical to virtual server. We have enable virtual activations via the dashboard but the customers are unable to get the floating licences from the new server - is there anything else we need to do? Also the activation IP address we are seeing on the dashboard is different to the address their IT are giving for the virtual server - is this right?Thanks

Make sure the customer has activated the TurboFloat Server, installed it, and make sure it's running.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the TurboFloat Server (currently 4.0.9.7).

Make sure the firewall actually allows connections from the outside.

Make sure the apps have the correct server configuration (TF_SaveServer()).

Ok thanks Wyatt.We are trying to stop the current server instance running so we can replace it with the latest version. We have tried both -deact and -u from the commandline but both return invalid option errors. When we trying activating we get the you can only run one instance at a time message so it seems to be still running. How do we stop it?
