Open Source Licensing
Is the open source portion of the client freely distributable if it has been modified or does it need to be uploaded to your respository to be made available to other users?

The company I am doing this due dilligence for has some very specific needs. Is it possible to have a discussion over the phone or some other private method to discuss possible alternative licensing.
