Last Wednesday you agreed to accept an alternate form of payment from us, and then did not process it and did not reply to any emails on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or today. Please help!

The last email we received from you was on 4/24/2013 (the email requesting temporary alternative payment). Sam responded that day. Since then there's been no response from you. Did you email us a follow up? If so, can you resend the email?

I went ahead and resent the payment as the old one went unclaimed. When I entered your email address this time, it found you. There must have been something wrong with the way it was entered the first time.

OK, the payment was received and I just upgraded your account.

There must have been something wrong with the way it was entered the first time.

Yes, it seems that way. Our PayPal account is setup to automatically accept any incoming payments (as you saw the second time). Also, however the payment went to the wrong address all the emails went to a wrong address too.

I checked our spam folders and I can't find any of those messages after the first one. I think either you typed our email address wrong, something on your computer is mangling our email address (a virus perhaps), or something else.
