Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. LimeLM is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What happens if I cancel my account?

You're not locked in. You can cancel your account at any time to put your account in dormant mode. This means your users will still be able to activate & deactivate their product keys, however you'll no longer be able to create new product keys, revoke keys, or deactivate users. You can always restore your account and pick up where you left off.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, and JCB. We do not accept PayPal. If you need to pay by other means, contact us.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

If you upgrade from a free account to a pay account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.


LimeLM for your Servers

You can host LimeLM on your own servers. It runs on all major server software:

Serial-only Plan

For a one-time charge of $50 you can make 1,000 serials. You get unlimited use of our web-API, and you can upgrade your account with additional serials.

The Serial-only plan is nearly identical to the plans listed above, except that with the serial-only plan:

  • You only pay a single fee of $50 (not recurring monthly)
  • There is no activation. You can generate serials but you can’t use the serials to activate or deactivate the product.

The serial-only plan is weaker than the plans above. But it’s perfect if you’re looking for a plan with that doesn’t require the user to activate.
