We're trying to make file management between versions easier. We don't know whether this will be in 2.7 or 2.8. We don't want to delay the 2.7 release much longer but we'll see if we can squeeze it in.
Copying Apps in Temporary Folder to Next Build
This is more of a tiny feature request.I noticed that when I create a new version eg. 1.1 to 1.2, wybuild automatically copies the update actions from the previous config to the latest which is sweet. Can this feature be added for the temporary folder as well? I have a few apps (one for stopping com+ and another for running sql scripts) that I run with each update and I'd prefer not to have to keep entering them each time. It just takes a couple of minutes I know, but I'm sure one day I'll misspell a command line arg or something and cause the update to fail.
There way you could copy the temp files from the previous version, maybe even prompt it, or just a big button saying 'Copy temp files from previous update 😀' ?
Just hoping you guys could throw it in for version 2.7? 🙂
