See when product key has been created

Product key overview at your website: It is sometimes of value to see when a product key has been created, and sometimes also when the data for the key has been last modified. Given that this is data that you have got in the database, I would like to see that change.

When you view product keys you can now see when the product key was created, and if the feature data has changed since the product key was created we also show that date.
