Failed to download the update.

When I open my wyBuild I see this message at the top Update ready to be installed. I then click on it and then click on Download and Update Now. I then get this error: Failed to download the update.

I am using a wyBuild version 2.5.18.0 on a Windows Vista. Any ideas why?

What's the full error message (view the error details and copy-paste them here)? I'm not sure what the problem is. There have been a number of bug fixes since v2.5.18 so maybe it's something we've fixed. Try canceling the update then re-checking for updates. If it still doesn't work, download the installer and update wyBuild that way.
