Is it possible to remove trial after user used it?

Hi,

In our product we removed the trial extension key user entered, but it has not decreased the trial days the user got.Also we decreased extension length (after user entered second trial key ), but on user side it has not changed anything.

Is it possible and how to decrease trial days if user already entered the online trial extension key?

Removing the product key from LimeLM does not decrease the trial on the user's machine. It just removes the trial extension from your list of trial extensions. That means if it's an "online" trial extension then it can no longer be used.

You can decrease the number of trial days remaining for a user.

Does this make sense?
