Access violation at address 5C955852 in module 'TurboActivate.dll'

Hi,

One client got the 'access violation' error on Windows 10 version 20H2, 64-bit.

The client installed my product on one computer (Lenovo); the installer crashed on the second computer (HP).

The installer program uses Inno Setup 6.2.0 and TurboActivate.dll 4.4.4.0 (32-bit)

How can I debug/fix the issue?

Can’t view the link.

What happens when they run the TurboActivate.exe with the TurboActivate.dll? Does it work?

If not, try again with the x64 version.

My guess is that this is a programming error (passing TA buffers it doesn’t have access to)
