The user says that they are not running inside a virtual machine.
It certainly doesn't look to me as if that is the case?
We err on the side of false-negative for VM detection. So, if TA says they're in a VM, they're in a VM.
We added a new in-OS disable method (see the FAQ). Also, check the BIOS.
Or, just skip it and use TurboFloat.
