Please enable 'Number of allowed deactivations' to be set when generating a license

As per the title, please enable 'Number of allowed deactivations' to be set when generating a license.
We set different Deactivation limits for different users, and it can be difficult to remember to go back and ‘Edit’ the license options after the license has been initially generated.
