With one customer, to fix for error TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS, we look at disabled (greyed out) network adapters. But enable/disable menu item for 3 VPN related network adapter is not there. So we cant enable them. These adapters are disabled or greyed out, but one can connect them and then they become blue. In summary, one can connect/disconnect any of these 3 vpn adapters, but not enable them. This prevents activating the license. Any workaround or hints on how to solve?
It is not a turbofloat version issue or how we use the code. The issue of all network adapters to be enabled, for activation to work, is well known and understood. Just in this case, the IT administrators and us cant figure out why the network adapters dont even have the menus that enable/disable them. They can just be connected/disconnected. Since you deal with enabled network adapters issue globally from all customers, you may have a better insight about the issue.
