I've configured the settings so the api can be used from 3 ip addresses. But still the api fails even when using just the second ip address.
The following screenshot is when I'm getting the error. Clearly its failing on the second ip address only.

My guess is that you have multiple API keys for your LimeLM account and you’ve only set the ax allowed usage to 3 for your particular user account.
Go to your user management page, see all available users, make sure they all log in and change the max allowed to 3.
