TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS errorAnswered

We have a customer who has a number of product keys. They have got them all activated except for one laptop that gives the TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS error. This is using the lastest TurboActivate code. I have been corresponding with their IT department but we  cannot get to the bottom of it.

They have tried:

Uninstalled Network & Bluetooth Adapters from Device Manager leaving just the one network card
We have also tried using the wireless adaptor, docking station and built in ethernet adaptor
Updated Windows (21H1)
Tried another license code
Disabled firewall and antivirus protection
Attempted to Activate at a difference location

They have other laptops of a similar type and software that do not have the problem.

Is there anything I can suggest to them other than restore the laptop to factory settings, do all the updates and re-install the applications?

Thanks

Answer

Update the adapters drivers.

Use the latest TurboActivate.

Just to let you know - this was resolved by a re-install of Windows 10.
