Forced deactivation of a Turbo Float Product KeyAnswered

Hi,

In a scenario where there is a machine that is running the Turbo Float Server that powers down unexpectedly - for instance due to a power cut or a hardware failure - Is there any way to force a deactivation of the product key on that dead machine and activate it on a new one by using the Turbo Float Command line on the new machine? Obviously it can be done via the web dashboard, but I was wondering if there was a way to do it just using a command line.
