Can I deactivate a verified trial? The idea would be to deactivate the trial on one computer and reactivate on another as I do with the production version of my software. I am adding a demo version and wanted to do the same thing. It doesn't seem to work

Verified trials are not product keys. You can't end them prematurely. You can, however, extend them using trial extensions.
Verified trials are locked to particular devices, not to specific key / device combinations.
