Turboactivate, change of connection causes activation failureAnswered

We have one customer who claims that when they switch between network and wifi (mobile hotspot) connection the licence is not recognized and we have to deactive the key remotely so that they can reactivate it. Is this a network adapter problem and how can it be resolved?

If you're using the latest TA, then no, that's not possible. If you're not using the latest TA, then do that first.
