Ping
Hi,
When using the manual activation feature successfully, the response XML is generated and can be downloaded but it doesn't say which key it relates to. This is problematic as I can't say if this is a named or floating license: activation instructions are different between both and providing the correct steps right after generation will greatly help customer support. Having a link to the key or at least indicate which product and version it is related to will greatly help.
Also, when the activation is not successful, it correctly shows a link to the key. Which is great!
Thanks.

LicenseChest will be out soon and the customer will be able to generate their own offline activation requests (if you enable it).
Thanks but that doesn't answer my feature request. I would like for the administrator (myself), to be able to quickly navigate to the license key to verify whether it is a named or floating license before sending the XML file back to the end-user. It is already done (and very useful) when the activation is not successful, I simply ask that you also add it when the activation is successful.

We might implement this eventually, but this is not a high priority for us. LicenseChest is coming first. And it will solve every angle of this problem because you'll (a) be able to explicitly set which keys can and cannot be offline activated (hint: you can do that right now) and (b) the customer can do this offline activation directly within LicenseChest.
