Only 1 key being issued via eCommerce per 24 hours

It seems that only 1 key being issued via eCommerce per 24 hours. We can manually add the keys but when customers order online the first customer of the day gets a key but the rest do not. The next day, the first person gets a key, the rest do not. Please advise on what we can do?

A customer cannot place an order without an account and being logged in (no guest check out) to our platform Episerver. All orders go through fine for every product except our Software where only 1 key per 24 hour period get a key generated. So the connection is working, but not when multiple customers order within the same 24 hour period.

Ok... so collect more information. Starting with log files. Our systems are up and running -- no downtime (planned or unplanned) in quite a while.

Don't just "swallow" errors that come from calling the web API. Record them, along with enough information that we can actually help you.
