FrancescoEDTHello. One of our customers sent us the "activation-request.xml" file to offline activate his key.When we try to offline activate it from "https://wyday.com/limelm/activate/" we received this error:
"Can?t activate a TurboFloat Server key. Either correct the customer, or edit the key to make it for use with TurboActivate."
The type of licence for this key is "TurboFloat Server key".
We have also tested that if we try to offline activate it on our side (on our pc), generating our "activation-request.xml" and offline activate it trough "https://wyday.com/limelm/activate/" we successfully received the "activation-response.xml" without any error.
Could you please help us to sort it out this issue?
The error is telling you exactly what is going wrong.
TurboFloat Server keys can only be activated with the TurboFloat Server.
TurboActivate keys can only be activated with TurboActivate.
Either change the key type. Or tell the customer to activate the correct thing.
