You would need to ask Corel how to get the GMS file location using VBA. And alter that GetTADirectory() function to get the path the way they tell you.
You might be able to google the answer. Haven't tried.

crynosGuys, i need some help here. I want to protect an corel draw macro that i did. So i'm trying to configure the TurboActive, and following the "Using TurboActivate with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)" , but i don't know how to configure the path on "Step 3b. Set the file locations" . The dlls are on the same path of the GSM file that i want to protect. So what to do ?
