Moved to new machine, now getting 21 trial expired messageSolved

I upgraded to a new computer in February, and as part of the machine setup I ran wybuild-setup.exe and entered my license key. Things worked for a bit, but then I didn't need to create a new build for awhile. Today when I tried to create a new build I get the message: "[Error]: The 21-day trial of wyBuild has expired. If you need more time to evaluate wyBuild you can request additional days by e-mailing us at support@wyday.com."

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling/re-entering my license key, both from Windows shell and from my "Run as administrator" command prompt. Neither made any difference. Any idea why the license key isn't being found?

Uninstall wyBuild. Disable your anti-virus (only use Microsoft's built-in anti-virus, it's free, it's the best on the market, and it's not fundamentally broken like a lot of other anti-virus software).

Then, re-install, and enter your product key again.

I don't have any A/V software other than what comes with Windows 10 (formerly called Defender). My Dell XPS machine came with some A/V software pre-installed but I got rid of it right away. Totally with you on the quality of those products. So, since I've already uninstalled and re-installed twice, and don't have third party A/V software running, do you have other suggestions?

Thanks,Dave
