Patrick_HarrisI've been using a free account to trial the software and determine if it was suitable for us. We've now decided to go with it and my boss setup a new account which he added me to. Is it possible to transfer the products I've setup in my free account to the new account or is my best option to use the web api to read the data from the old, reproduce those in the new account and then download the new dat files?

There's no way to transfer data between accounts. The best option is to just copy the data manually over to the new account. You could use the web API, but honestly the free account can only hold so much info anyway, it would likely be easier to just do it manually.
