Why have you deleted my post with a GutHub executable of wyUpdater that fiexes the TLS 1.2 issue?
Hello,
our updater stopped to work as soon as our server switched to TLS 1.2. This is not a big issue, as the software is running out of life. However, we will soon launch a new software which will need to work from day 0 with a server accepting only TLS 1.2. I read several posts here, but I am still confused. Will wyUpdate work out-of-the-box with TLS 1.2 without needing to patch it (no time/manpower for it)? If yes, something to take care of?
Thank you

Yes. Our source is available to compile your own executable. We dont link to unverified unsigned executables. Nor do we want to give any impression that we endorse that.
Fair enough. However, allow me to say that you would make a great service compiling yourself and making available the same old version of wyUpdate, but whith the proposed hack to support TLS 1.2, which is standard nowadays. This should cost no time for you, and solve a major issue for all old/new/potential users.

That's untrue. Releases that are tested thoroughly take a *lot* of time.
But yes, we're releasing a new version soon. No hard date. ASAP.
