Customer Activation Error 3Solved

Our customer has used the software in the past, and registered fine. The school wiped the computers, so we deactivated all the licenses. When they try to re-register, they get Error 3: Product needs to be activated. However, the attempted computers are showing as active on the Lime site.

The key has been tested, is valid. It will register when we try from our office. The computers are connected to the Internet, and a check of the wyday.com address shows that it is not being blocked by a firewall.

Somehow these are half activating. Anyone have any help?

The key is failing in TA_CheckAndSavePkey(). Its telling you that. Dont barrel through errors.

Make sure the key is correct. Make sure youre using the latest version of TurboActivate. Make sure the key is for the correct LimeLM product version.
