I have not exceeded my allowed amount of trials, but my recent offline verified trial activation is not showing up in my list of trials on the Dashboard. I did not receive any errors when creating the TrialResponse.xml file. For a different customer, they used an extension recently for a verified trial, but I do not see any of the dates in the verified trial list changed. Is this broken?

Yes, I am sorry I wasn't clear. I do not expect a new entry, but expected the expiration date to be updated.
Trial extensions show when theyve been applied. You can view whether a trial extension has been used or not by clicking the trial extension.
