Activation Failure

Hi, one of our users is getting an error - previously, the program was working well, but suddenly he began getting an error 'System.InvalidCastException: Conversion from string "IsActivated failed with an unkno: to type 'Integer' is not valid.. ---> System.FormatException: Inputstring was not in a correctformat.'

Any insight on this would be appreciated.
