Automatic change of existing Licence settings

It appears that whenever we edit any Licences details that the Virtual Machines setting is being set to disabled when it was previously set to enabled, this happens whenever you edit a Licence. Is this intentional and is there anyway for this to be disabled?

For TurboActivate keys the setting is left untouched. You'll see a bright yellow warning about it with a link to the article describing why it will lose you money.

For TFS keys, when editing the key the setting will be changed to "false", which you can change back to true on the page. You should *never* allow TFS keys on VMs.
