There are network adapters on the system that are disabled and TurboActivate couldn't read their hardware properties

I am using TurboActivate version 4.1.3.0My customer is using Windows Server 2016, I have already followed the steps in the FAQ. Windows does not show any disabled adapters. There are 2 network adapters and both are enabled.

Start by using the latest version of TA. Then provide the exact function being called, parameters, and error codes.

I have now tried the latest version.The problem occurs when I try to open TurboActivate.exe. TurboActivate.exe is only available as compiled binary, how can I see the error codes? All I get is a popup dialog.

Make sure you replace both the TurboActivate.exe and TurboActivate.dll. And verify that they're using the new versions (right click, properties, Details). Also, ensure the customer has updated their network drivers.
