Extra activation data example using VBASolved

Can someone post a simple example adding "Extra Activation Data" using VBA for the following:

Adding...

First NameLast NameEmail Address

Then Retrieving the same information once the Application is "Activated" by the user.

To get the extra data, use GetExtraData().

My guess is that you don't actually want to collect this information when your app is run. First of all, we strip out newlines from extra data.
