Product 365 days Expiring in 90 days

We've been testing your product, have free version while testing, we have setup trial for 365 days but it is expiring on multiple installations. These pc's are not being reconnected to internet upon first installation for that 90 days period that are expiring. Please Advise, details below. What are we missing? We like the service, have included it into our program but before moving up to multiple product option, needed some help in discovery what might be the issue before we do. Thank you in advance.

First, version numbers, exactly what you see as a problem (is this with verified trials, unverified trials, activations, etc.?)

See: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#useful-reports

If you're not using the latest version of TurboActivate (4.1.7.0), then do that first, try again.

If you *are* using the latest version of TA, and you're using verified trial, and the trials are expiring sooner than you expected, then it's always because of customer shenanigans. Namely, them trying to get extra free days. When TurboActivate detects client-side fraud, it doesn't try to determine the "real" amount of days remaining, instead it just immediately expires the trial.

For these customers you can send trial extensions: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/trials/#extensions

Also, tell them not to do that.

Turbo Activate Clarification: When you issue a product key, they don't have an expiration date, correct?

Time Trials are the only way to extend 90 days term, 180 day term or 365 day term for usage, correct?

What's the default time frame for Turbo Activate API, TA_IsGenuineEx() for activations that have not re-verified in X + Y days.
