Two questions

Hey guys!two quick questions...

1. Is there a way to make NON-Verified trials checked by default? So many times I've missed that checkbox and my users can't use the code cuz it's VT and my program only accepts non-VT codes.Or at least can you display a big VT immediately on the page after clicking "Create trial extension" button also? right now I don't see it unless I look at the full list of trials.

2. is there a way to extend the date the default "Trial extension expires" date that defaults to 2 weeks. I'd like to bump it up to at least one month.

thx!

>> "1. Is there a way to make NON-Verified trials checked by default?"

No. We don't recommend using unverified trials.

We'll consider that. If you're generating so many trial extensions that this is an issue you might consider making a 1-click solution for your back-office software (using the web API).

1. But doesn't Verified trials require an internet connection to start the trial? That is what I've always assumed. Many film facilities that use my software are not online since the Sony Pictures hack so I can't have that limitation. to be safe.

lmk if I'm wrong 8)

Customer that don't have access to the internet have the offline verified trials option: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/trials/#verified

Yeah...that too complicated for these people do to demo software. hahahaIt will put them in a bad mood right out the gate....

Is it possible to set it to Verified by default and if no internet exists fall back on non-Verified so it launches immediately still for the 14 days default time limit?Once launched with Internet and verified I could disable the non-verified check internally. Then I still get the benefits of Verified for the 90% that have internet hooked up without pissing off the 10% without....hehe

Possible and recommended you think?

keep up the good work man!
