Hi all,One of our users was given a license with two activations available. They activated both but from wyday site I see botha activations associares with the same ip address. In addition, when the user tries to deactivate a license, nothing happens, whereas on reactivating it the usual menu which allows to enter a new license or simply activate does not appear. In any case the application licensed with wyday crashes.

Can you provide some explanation/help? How is the ip assigned and hints on how to solve the issue?

IP address doesn't mean anything useful. If you're behind a NAT you could have thousands of devices with the same IP address.

IP addresses are, at best, an interesting tidbit of information.

Huh? More information. Do you mean an exception? I.e. TurboActivate is telling you there's an error and you're not catching it and handling it properly.
