Offline Activation For Full License -- setting detailsSolved

When I doing Offline Activation for Full License (Not Trial Or Extenstion) ,How can I save the Activation Details such as Email , It's means that there is a way to do Offline Full Activateion in the same way when doing Offline extension and save the email in LimeLM Dashboard?

You set it in the product key itself. The offline activation is a step that occurs after you've created and sent the product key to the customer.

You can set the email and any other custom license fields at the time of creation or later down the road. It's up to you.

Hi,Sorry,I think you misunderstood me.I describe the steps : A client who wants to activate offline.1) The client sends me a ActivationRequest.xml note2) I enter the LimeLm system page for Manually activate or deactivate3) I choose the file that the client sent me and create an activation file for it. At stage 3 I create an activation file for the client, there is no place to enter more details about the client even does not have to enter his email.And even when I create the activation file, I can not see any details about the activation I made from a file in the Product keys page.

This is important to me because if you assume a customer has made offline activation.After a while he said that his computer had been "burned" and bought a new computer(when he was lying and wanted to use this license for another computer), how do I cancel the old license when is not listed in Product keys ? This is the use case that I am afraid to happen to us.
