Electron Sample CodeSolved

Hey,

I see some posts from late 2017 saying that sample code for using LimeLM was on the horizon, but I don't seem to see that nor any updates since then. Is LimeLM basically in maintenance mode at this point with no new features / samples anticipated in the near term?

thank you,-Nathan

No, absolutely not. We pushed out improvements to LimeLM this week. And since 2017 most requests have doubled in speed, and some requests have had 100x improvements. Not through magic, but through continued investment in developing and deploying our changes.

And those are just the server-side changes. We've made an enormous amount of progress with products you include in your app (TA, TF, TFS, unannounced other products, etc.). A release is imminent (no hard date, ASAP).

As a side-note, I realize that the latest "trend" among some developers is to declare projects "dead" that have gone more than 24 hours pushing a publicly visible update. That's incredibly short-sighted.

Regarding code samples, yes, we have an upcoming release that includes, among other things, a NodeJS example for TurboActivate and TurboFloat (along with articles for both describing how to use the code effectively and correctly).

If you would like a pre-release version contact us at support@wyday.com and tell us the operating system you're targeting and the architectures of the OS (e.g. x86, x64, armv4, etc.).

Thanks, I'll do so.

I didn't call it dead, and I'm sorry if you read the question as an attack. I'm making a good faith effort to use your product (I've already invested a day or more last year trying to get it off the ground to no avail).

We both know it's been much, much more than 24 hours since the last TurboActivate update. It's a fair question to ask if there's still active development and if it's worth building a solution around it. And it's totally legit to say "yup, still working on next version."

Thanks again

Fair point.
