I cannot activate my license (contact the company that sold the software)SolvedLocked

I have bought SureAlerts from MoreProductiveNow but my license cannot be activated. I get a timeout from the license server (TurboActivate). Error: TurboActivate failed to connect to the activation servers.

I assume TurboActivate is using port 80 or 443 to connect to its servers? I can connect to the internet using these ports so connecting should not be a problem.

Is there an issue with the TurboActivate license servers?

Our servers are up and running and we've had no planned or unplanned downtime in quite a while.
