TA_E_EXPIRED

We've been adding Lime to a new product recently, and I must say that it has been significantly easier to use than our previous licensing solution. We're pretty happy with Lime so far.

I do have a question about the TA_E_EXPIRED error code though. From looking through the docs, forums, etc., my impression is that this code is used, and only used, to indicate that Lime thanks that the system clock has been tampered with.

But, the comment in your header file reads "The activation has expired or the system time has been tampered with." It's the "activation has expired" bit that I'm curious about- I'm not sure what that means, and I'd like to be sure under which circumstances this code can be returned. Thanks!

When doing offline activations: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/offline-activation/

The activation response expires after a set period of time.

I'm glad to hear that. We put a lot of thought into our designs. It's gratifying to hear that our effort makes our customers' lives easier.
