First, are you using the latest version of TurboActivate? If not, do that and try again. Yes, it matters.
Next, if they're still getting errors then it means their drivers are corrupted.
So, first have them update their network drivers (you can google the card name -- see device manager -- to get the latest network drivers for any network card in existence).
Lastly, after doing the following:
1. use the latest TurboActivate.2. updating the drivers

The next step is to actually fix their broken machine. The next version of TurboActivate will actually return a new error code if it detects a broken machine. Here's the error code and a description of how to fix their broken machine:
