Only if you're using verified trials.
Honestly, it sounds as if you're going to embed a trial extension in your app and use it for every customers. Don't do this. Just set the number of trial days in LimeLM. Not trial extension needed.
Question: If I allow unlimited usage of a given Trial Extension key, that just means it can be used on an unlimited number of machines, but still can't be used to continually extend a trial on the same machine, right?
Example: Customer A requests a Trial Extension Key, receives an 'unlimited usage' extension key from me, and applies it. When the extension period expires (on his machine), he can't use it any more (on that machine); however, customer B who hasn't yet used it can use the same key to extend his trial of the same software (one time only).
Do I have that right?

Thanks Wyatt.
Yes, verified trials.
The (management) thinking is, a large number of users will download the trial and never use it. So we set the default trial length fairly short. For those users who are serious and want more trial time, we want to make it easy for them (and support) to extend the trial. Thus the idea of a single extension key for all interested users, easily requested by email (or some online interaction).
However, your point is well taken, and we may want to re-think this.
