Hi there, I'm using TurboActivate, and I wish to add notes against a key. Just a bit of free text really, just stuff like - "Moved key from Dave to Bob" or something.
Ideally this should only be accessible via the website or webapi, it need never be accessed by the software under license control.
My question is if custom license fields is the correct way to do this, or if there is a better way?

Uncheck "readable from my app" when creating the feature and the field will be entirely meta-data that you can read in LimeLM (both the interface and using the web API).

Maybe you could add a bit of text along those lines, perhaps something like:
"If it's data that you won't be using in your application (for instance, data just for your information) then uncheck this box."
