if I have to send my software on a CD, how I can do it ?

I have to send my software to my customer by a CD or DVD. In the other words, I cannot put my software in a web site. How can I do it ?

In my Dash Board, if I select "Add a new product", I have to input a buy link as a web site so a customer can download software from there. But if I plan to send my software by a CD to my customer, how I can do it ?

You can generate product keys ahead of time, print them on labels, and put the labels on your CD cases.
