kajI've received the following from one of our new users today, what should I tell them to do?
When we enter the codes and press activate we are getting an error message 'Activation failed: enable network adapters. Code 28.'I suspect this is because we are connected wirelessly via a USB wireless adapter, and the software is looking at the physical network card for a connection to the internet. Is there a way around this?
First, ensure you're using the latest version of TurboActivate. If you're not, before doing anything else, update TurboActivate in your app and release a new version of your app.
