Activated software spontaneously reverts back to trial

We have users who have activated our software with LimeLM and used it for two months without problem. They now report the software has reverted to the Trial version.They claim they have not altered their computer or network and are not using a VM. They are very upset. Any suggestions?

More information is needed.

- Versions (TA, OS, etc.)- Architecture of TA (x86, x64, etc.)- Architecture of OS.- Function that is "failing"- Exact return code- Exact parameters used.

My guess -- you're using an old version of TA and/or your programmers haven't followed our example code. Paste a snippet of the code you're using around the failure.
