Activation Error (Enable network adapters)Locked

I'm receiving an Activation Error on startup of a software called HelpNDoc, a product using Turbo Activator. The error dialog indicates that network adapters are disabled, but I have not disabled any adapters. Any idea what could be causing this all of a sudden? HelpNDoc support has not answered so far and I am stuck not being able to update my product's help file.

Unfortunately you would need to go through them. There are some things they would need to do (including upgrading TurboActivate to the latest version) that you wouldn't be able to do (at least not without potentially crashing the app).
